What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Depending upon the manufacturer, we offer flat-rate or weight-based shipping, and in certain instances free shipping on most domestic orders.

 

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Short answer, yes. We do. However, there are still certain regions of the world where CBD products are still in "a gray area". In these limited instances, we cannot  currently fulfill CBD orders to those locations. The hemp industry is rapidly changing, so these non-included regions may soon become available!

Special licensing (and other documentation) may be required to import CBD products into your specific country; so be sure to check with your Country/State's Home Govt. Office, before moving forward.

 

 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We estimate typically 3-5 business days to arrive. Certain products have a longer delivery window. In these instances, the product description will indicate that the product may have a longer than average delivery window.

 

 

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.

 

 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can place your order online, or by calling us at (404) 483-4536!

Due to us shipping constantly, if you need to change your order, please call us and we’ll do our best to help you out! Please note that if you email us, it may not be received before your order is sent out. Once orders have shipped you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

 

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, as this allows you to track your orders, re-order easily, and allows us to maintain notes and referral bonus information in the backend of your customer account. Please note; each time you place an order you will need to input your payment information, as we do not store our customers' payment information in our system. We are fully PCI compliant and secure.


  

How Do I Track My Order?

You first login to your customer account. You'll then be able to and view both open and closed orders, by clicking on the order number (Ex: #1050).

If a tracking number is available, it will be displayed in the email that you'll receive as soon as the order is shipped!

 

 

How Can I Return a Product?

Our official policy is that only un-opened items may be returned. If you would like to return an unopened item, you believe your order is wrong, or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to call us and we will do everything in our power to make things right.
